• Porchfront Home Warranty
• Greenstones Proposed HOA Budget
• Greenstones Standard Finishes
Step 2: Complete the contracts documents and write an earnest money check to Porchfront Homes at Sanitas Terrace, LLC for $5,000.
Step 3: In the Memo area of the check, please write “E.M” and the Building & Unit number or letter.
Step 4: Provide a mortgage pre-approval letter to accompany the Contract Documents.
Step 5: Meet with the builders to start the finish selection process!
Q:Is my earnest money deposit refundable?
A: Yes, within the first 7 days following signing of the Contract by both Buyer & Builder.
