Porchfront Moves to SpringLeaf

Porchfront Homes has moved its sales office to the Springleaf project located at Poplar Place and Broadway in Boulder, Colorado. Recently Porchfront Homes went under contract with the last single family home in the NoBo neighborhood in North Boulder. Porchfront will begin work on the Greenstone condo project adjacent to the neighborhood this summer 2010.
Porchfront Homes owners, Tim and Mary Coonce are working together with George Watt, architect to release the new SpringLeaf Townhomes and single family homes. The townhomes include energy efficient features and open floor plans. There are six fee simple townhomes planned as well as five customizable single family homes.
